This was created at Northlights Open Studios in July 2011 as part of live art and meditation experiment.  Brave souls came and sat in meditation as Open Studios visitors looked on and passed by.  I drew.  It was a wonderful experience, we all learnt a bit, and this drawing remains as a record of quite a special thing.  It has been framed and donated to the Hebden Bridge Zen Centre (which doesn’t exist yet, but will do…)

I did this painting when I was about 19.  I’ve always loved it and kept it stashed away.  My beloved has just had it framed for me for Christmas :)
